Bert Ludwig

Bert has been part of Domino Germany for a proud 22 years. For the last 17 of these, he has worked as a service manager in various Domino areas and regions and therefore has excellent knowledge of the company and the products. Since April 2022, Bert has been the service manager for the end customers in the food sector and OEMs in the beverage and dairy sectors when individual technical support solutions need to be found. His focus is always on making work processes simpler and more efficient so that the customers can continue producing and labeling as quickly as possible.

What Bert particularly likes about his work at Domino is the varied activities in the most diverse areas. He manages this through a structured approach, which at the same time always leaves room for creative ideas in order to ultimately be able to offer the best service for the customers at all times.
