Jörg Laumann

As a team leader in the digital printing division at Domino Germany, Jörg's daily focus is on optimizing service and the aftermarket for digital printing customers together with his employees. He can look back on a long period of service: he has been part of #DominoPeople since 2003 and has been in his current position since 2015. Since then he has successfully helped change the way of dealing with complex customer problems and developed various production support strategies.

What Jörg particularly likes about his work is the constant new challenges. His daily incentive is to offer the best possible customer service to his team at all times. His strong team spirit and helpfulness help him in this – not only towards customers but also towards colleagues.
