Sharmil Ghouse

Sharmil Ghouse has a strong work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Process Technology Engineer at Toshiba Matsushita Display Ltd - AFPD Singapore.

In 2007, they moved on to Cambridge Display Technology Ltd, where they served as a Process Development Engineer until 2010.

From 2010 to 2011, they worked at MFLEX (Multi-fineline Electronix, Inc.) as a Senior Engineer and later as a Product Manager.

In 2011, they joined Domino Printing as a Project Manager and held this role until 2014 when they became the Country Manager. Sharmil served as the Country Manager until 2019.

From 2019 to 2022, they took on the role of Global Product Manager at Domino Printing, where they were responsible for global product ownership for TTO. Sharmil also participated in the Great Domino Leadership Program in 2021/22.

Currently, Sharmil Ghouse is the Global Head of TTO and P&A at Domino Printing.

Sharmil Ghouse earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 1999 to 2003. Sharmil'searlier education includes education at Royal College, Colombo, between 1985 and 1998. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute in 2021, Chartered Engineer (United Kingdom) from the Engineering Council in 2014, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Toshiba Management Innovation in 2004.
