Vicky Grant

Vicky Grant (nee Woods) is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of HR Operations at Domino Printing Sciences since February 2021, with additional interim roles in talent acquisition and HR business partnering. Prior to this position, Vicky held the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Tuffnells Parcels Express from February 2017 to September 2020, and served as Regional HR Business Partner for Grosvenor Casinos under The Rank Group from September 2011 to February 2017, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and team engagement. Vicky's early career includes an HR Manager role at TJ Hughes Ltd and an HR Assistant position at Wincanton, where key accomplishments pertained to restructuring and enhancing employee support.
