Team Lead - Customer Support Operations at Domino's

Carley Dunlap has extensive experience in customer support and call center operations, currently serving as the Manager of Call Center Operations at Domino's since October 2014. In this role, Carley leads the 24/7 daily call center operation and is involved in strategic planning for the Customer Support Team, while also managing relationships with external call centers. Previous positions at Domino's include various Team Lead roles overseeing customer support, social media, quality assurance, training, digital experience, and loyalty, along with starting as a Supervisor and Representative in Customer Support. Prior to Domino’s, Carley worked as a Store Manager at Slice of the 80s from November 2012 to October 2014. Carley earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Michigan-Dearborn between 2010 and 2018.
