Kevin S. Morris

Kevin Morris joined Domino’s in January 2017 as executive vice president of and general counsel and was appointed as corporate secretary in November 2018. He previously served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for New York-based Equinox Holdings Inc. and its various operating subsidiaries and affiliates. These include a portfolio of lifestyle brands, including Equinox®, SoulCycle®, Blink Fitness® and Equinox Hotels. Morris’ extensive experience also includes operating his own private legal practice, and prior to that, serving as vice president and associate general counsel at Global Hyatt Corporation, a predecessor in interest to Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
