Adam Gerulat

Adam Gerulat has a diverse work experience in the legal industry. Adam most recently worked at Domo, starting in February 2018 as a Senior Legal Counsel and later taking on the role of Associate General Counsel. In January 2023, they served as the Interim Chief Legal Officer before becoming the Associate General Counsel again in April 2023.

In addition to their time at Domo, Adam also worked at Silicon Slopes as the Chief Legal Counsel starting in April 2016. Before that, they were a Corporate Counsel at Cognizant from May 2012 to August 2015.

Adam's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as an Associate / CPA from June 2008 to August 2010.

Adam Gerulat has a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. Adam also holds a Master's Degree in Accountancy-Tax from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the same institution. Additionally, Adam attended The University of Alabama in Huntsville from 2000 to 2001, although the degree obtained from that period is unknown. Adam has certifications as a Certified Public Accountant and is also a member of the Utah State Bar.
