Eric McCluskey

Eric McCluskey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Eric began their career at Aspect Development as a Senior Manager in FP&A and Purchasing, before moving on to i2 Technologies where they served as Finance Director and BU Controller. At Mercury Interactive, they held the position of Sr. Director of Strategic Finance, focusing on strategic modeling, M&A financial support, and investor relations. Following the acquisition by HP, they left the company. McCluskey then joined Hyperion Solutions as VP of Corporate Finance, but left after the Oracle acquisition.

Eric later joined SuccessFactors as VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, leading financial planning and business modeling throughout the IPO process and until the company was acquired by SAP. Eric then took on the role of SVP of Finance at Auction.com (now Ten-X), responsible for all FP&A functions. After that, they served as Vice President of FP&A at MongoDB, overseeing all FP&A functions and worldwide sales compensation.

McCluskey's career also includes a role as Head of Finance at Zenefits, where they managed finance operations. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Strategic Finance at Domo, Inc. In addition to their corporate roles, they have been a Board Member at the Enneagram Prison Project, an organization that teaches the Enneagram personality model to inmates in jails and prisons, helping them recognize and avoid harmful patterns.

Eric McCluskey attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. Eric then pursued further education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1991 to 1993, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance.
