Julie Newman, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and compensation & benefits analysis. Julie started their career at Boart Longyear as a Legal Intern in 2009 before moving on to become a Compensation & Benefits Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing various incentive and recognition programs, managing salary surveys, conducting job analysis, and overseeing employee benefits and onboarding processes. Julie then joined Domo, Inc. in 2017 as a Sr. Compensation & Benefits Analyst.
