Paul Nash has a diverse work experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Paul started working at Intermountain Healthcare in 2013 as a Benefits & Retirement Consultant, where they supported employees in resolving issues related to benefits, retirement, and employee records. Paul also played a role in HRM processing, audit and review of automated processes, and analysis of data. In 2015, they then joined Academy Mortgage Corporation as a Compensation & Compliance Administrator and later moved on to becoming a Compensation & Financial Benefits Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs, administering financial benefit programs, evaluating job positions and classifications, ensuring compliance with laws, managing filing of compliance tests and audits, providing guidance on pay issues and policy interpretation, and participating in salary surveys. Since 2017, Paul has been working at Domo, Inc. Paul initially served as a Manager, Compensation and Benefits, and is currently a Senior Manager in the same field.
Paul Nash received a Master of Science in Human Resources (MHR) degree with a focus on Human Resources from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. This was completed during the period from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, Paul obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Utah.
