Taher Ujjainwala has a diverse work history in recruitment and talent management. Taher is currently working at Domo, Inc. as a Global Recruitment Partner, where they lead and manages full-cycle hiring across various corporate functions. Prior to this, Taher worked at Twilio as a Talent Partner, where they partnered with Engineering and Product business units to ensure successful hiring and operational excellence. Taher also served as a Recruitment Lead at Atkins, where they managed recruitment for aerospace, defense, security, and technology positions. Taher has previous experience as the Founder and Principal Consultant at Talent Scape, as well as roles at HR Source and Morgenall Management Consultants in account management and recruitment consulting, respectively.

Taher Ujjainwala obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies (B.M.S.) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Mumbai. Taher completed this degree between the years 2009 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Taher has also obtained various certifications, including "HR and Digital Transformation" from LinkedIn, "Designing Effective HR Policies," "Driving Employee Engagement & Productivity," and "Effective Business Partnering" from Mercer, as well as "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google.
