Violet Chepil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Violet began their career at Mosaic Sales Solutions as a Marketing Assistant in 2007, where they assisted with planning and implementing marketing initiatives. Violet then worked as a Program and Event Coordinator at The United Church of Canada, where they designed and led community engagement programs and managed them under budget constraints.

In 2011, Violet joined the International Chamber of Commerce as a Communications Assistant, where they performed proactive media relations and managed the corporate website. Violet then moved on to Airtag in 2012 as a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager, focusing on CRM, improving the customer journey, and increasing sales. Violet successfully planned and implemented international PR and communications campaigns.

In 2015, Violet joined Domotz as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, responsible for leading marketing and communications efforts. Violet oversaw tasks such as website development, social channel management, UX planning, marketing strategy, and event planning. During their time at Domotz, they also worked at Fing as a Community Manager and later as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. In the latter role, they led the marketing team and successfully launched and managed a crowdfunding campaign that raised over 1.6 million USD.

Currently, Violet is working at Domotz as a Senior Community Manager, where they continue to use their expertise in community management.

Violet Chepil completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from York University between 2005 and 2009. Violet'smajor was in Arts with a secondary concentration in Social Science. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Global Communications from The American University of Paris, which they completed between 2011 and 2013.
