Nertila Pjetri

Nertila Pjetri has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2022. Nertila started their career as a Psychologist on a TV program in 2011, providing expert opinions on psychological topics. Nertila then worked as a Coordinator in the CRM area at Parr Credit from 2013 to 2016, where they managed relationships with accounts and monitored operations. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at EasyHunters, managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for client companies. In 2020, they joined Dompé, an Italian bio-pharmaceutical company, where they held various roles. Nertila started as a Human Resources Recruiter, responsible for developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and providing recruitment reports. Nertila then became a Senior Recruiter, managing all facets of recruiting success and promoting a positive candidate experience. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Talent Acquisition Italy & Albania at Dompé, where they collaborate with HR executives to create plans and strategies for attracting and developing top talent.

Nertila Pjetri obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Aleksandër Xhuvani University of Elbasan from 2005 to 2008. Nertila then pursued a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Tirana from 2010 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in "Practitioner MBTI" from Giunti Psychometrics - Talent Division in an unspecified year and a certification in "Gestione Risorse Umane" from Irisoft Education in 2016.
