Ashleigh B. Gilliam

Ashleigh B. Gilliam currently serves on the Board of Directors for Nita’s Silent Hands, Inc. and the Gaston Arts Council, while also working as the US Benefits Coordinator at Domtar since October 2021. As the founder of Noel & Noah Productions since December 2020, Ashleigh has a diverse range of professional experience, including roles as a Lead Claims Examiner and Claims Examiner II at Lincoln Financial Group from September 2018 to October 2021, and an HR Customer Services Representative II at Alight Solutions from August 2016 to September 2018. Ashleigh's career began as a Business Development Consultant at McKenney Chevrolet and includes a background in IT support during a student apprenticeship at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Ashleigh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, and is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Human Resources at Liberty University.
