The Engineering and Project Management team at Domtar is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of technical projects related to the manufacturing and distribution of fiber-based products. The Shift Engineer ensures smooth operation and maintenance of equipment, the Sr. Project Manager coordinates and leads projects to completion on time and within budget, and the Research and Development Engineer focuses on innovating and improving product lines and manufacturing processes. Together, they support Domtar's commitment to quality and efficiency in both the Pulp and Paper and Personal Care segments.
