John O'Brien

John O'Brien has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. John currently works at Don Bosco Preparatory High School as the Vice President of Advancement. Prior to this, they worked at Delbarton School in multiple roles such as Director of Major Gifts, Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach, DelEx Administrator, and Senior Major Gift Officer. John also served as an Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach at Bergen Catholic High School. In addition, they have experience in fundraising and development as the Manager Fundraising and Development at the Metropolitan Golf Association (MGA). John has also worked as a Manager of Sales Development at KITEX GARMENTS LIMITED and as an Account Executive at both United Legwear & Apparel Co. and Haddad Brands. John started their career as a Pro Shop Assistant at The Ridgewood Country Club. Furthermore, they have coaching experience as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Global Sports Academy and as a Men's Basketball Team Manager and Assistant Camp Director/Counselor at Marist College.

John O'Brien attended Newtown High School from 2003 to 2007. John then pursued a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing and Sports Communications at Marist College from 2007 to 2011.
