Director Of Public Safety And Security at Don Bosco Prep

Vincent Sileo began their work experience in 1994 as a Police Officer with the Bergen County Police Department. During their time there, they led and directed police personnel, worked with community groups to address issues, and conducted investigations. In 2017, they transitioned to Don Bosco Preparatory High School as the Director of Public Safety and Security. In this role, they were responsible for developing, implementing, and upgrading safety and security systems for the school. Vincent oversaw a staff of employees and contract professionals, ensuring the safety of the campus and its occupants.

Vincent Sileo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from William Paterson University of New Jersey. Vincent also has additional certifications, including being a Certified Trainer for K9 Detection in Explosives, Narcotics, Arson, and Tracking from the Bergen County Police Department, extensive martial arts personal training from USA Taekwondo, a New Jersey School Security Specialist certification from the HOMELAND SECURITY & PREPAREDNESS, NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF, and a Security Officer Registration ACT (SORA) Armed certification from the New Jersey State Police.
