Elaine Rodriguez

Elaine Rodriguez is the current Event Director at Don Coqui. Elaine has over 13 years of experience in event planning and management. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Property Manager for JJJ Reality and as an Assistant to Accounting Comptroller at Columbia University in the City of New York. Elaine also has experience as a Chief Operations Officer, which they gained from their 11 years 8 months at Jimmy's Bronx Cafe. Elaine is highly skilled in conducting research to identify new opportunities for bringing about innovation in events. Elaine is also excellent at communicating with clients and other professionals to ensure that all event requirements are met.
