Robin Cargille has a diverse range of work experience in the insurance industry. From 2023 to the present, they served as Vice President, Strategic Programs at Don Meyler Inspections (DMI), where they were responsible for managing the Florida State 'My Safe Florida Home' program and establishing strategic partnerships with insurance carriers, brokers, and agents.

Prior to DMI, from 2017 to 2023, Robin worked as the Property Claims Director at Cypress Property & Casualty Insurance Company. In this role, they oversaw the operational management of the property claims department and staff, as well as the supervision of SIU and Subrogation claim department functions. They also represented Cypress in property litigation depositions and trials.

From 2016 to 2017, Robin served as the Director of Field Claims Operations at People's Trust Insurance Company. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the field claims operations.

Before this, from 2012 to 2016, Robin worked as a Property Team Manager II at Crawford & Company, where they managed a team and handled property claims.

In 2011, Robin served as a Catastrophe Claims Consultant at Zurich North America. Their responsibilities included evaluating and settling commercial property losses for hurricanes, analyzing commercial policies for coverage, and overseeing claim investigations.

From 2009 to 2011, Robin worked as a Field Property Claims Adjuster at Global Risk Solutions, handling various property claims, including homeowner, dwelling, and condo-unit losses.

Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, Robin worked as a Field Property Claims Adjuster and Appraiser at HBC Adjusting, where they handled daily property claims in South Florida.

In 2008 to 2009, Robin worked as a State Certified Hurricane Mitigation Inspector at Don Meyler Inspections, performing windstorm mitigation inspections on residential properties.

Their career started in 2006 as a Field Property Claims Adjuster at Skyline Claim Services, where they completed field investigations of Hurricane Katrina property losses for multiple insurance carriers.

Throughout their career, Robin has developed a strong expertise in property claims and has been involved in catastrophe planning and response, quality assurance, and claims management interface with other company departments. They hold a Master of Science in Risk Management and Insurance (MS-RMI), as well as professional designations including CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and AIC-M (Associate in Claims-Management).

Robin Cargille has a diverse education history. In 1991, they began attending the University of New Orleans, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. Robin completed their undergraduate studies in 1998.

In 2019, Robin enrolled at Florida State University, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Risk Management and Insurance. Robin successfully completed their graduate studies in 2022.

In addition to their academic achievements, Robin has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they earned the Property Technical Certification I (PTC1) from The Institutes. Later that year, they obtained the Property Technical Certification II (PTC2). In 2015, Robin achieved the prestigious Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from The Institutes. Robin further expanded their credentials in 2016 by obtaining the Associate in Claims-Management (AIC-M) certification from The Institutes.
