Alfonso Robalin, MS, SPHR

Alfonso Robalin, MS, SPHR has worked in the field of Human Resources since 1993. Alfonso began their career as the Human Resources Manager at Invacare in 1993. In 1995, they moved to Nokia Reynosa, Mexico to serve as their Human Resources Manager. In 2001, they took on the same role at Humana, followed by Travelocity in 2003 and Friedrich Air Conditioning in 2004. In 2009, they became a Partner at Riley's on the Backbone. In 2012, they became the Owner and Manager of Cinq Ventures, and in 2011, they became the Director of Human Resources at Education Managment Services, LLC. In 2016, they joined Donald L. Mooney Enterprises as the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager.

Alfonso Robalin, MS, SPHR obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Mary's University. Alfonso then obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in January 2016. In 2018, they completed their Master of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word.
