Paula Richardson Chartered FCIPD is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at NOV and currently at Donaldson Group as Chief People Officer. At NOV, Paula held multiple senior HR positions, including Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, where the focus was on developing sourcing teams globally, as well as serving as Senior HR Director and European HR Director, establishing strategic HR partnerships and overseeing various HR functions across multiple regions. Paula also managed significant employee headcounts in various managerial roles and has a strong educational background with degrees in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University and a degree in English Literature and Theatre Studies from the University of Glasgow.
