Brad Pogalz

Brad Pogalz has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Brad started their career at Dayton's as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw daily operations and store logistics. Brad then moved on to Marshall Field's as the Assistant Store Manager of Selling, leading a team to achieve sales targets and create a strong selling culture.

At Macy's, Brad served as a Store Manager, overseeing all aspects of store operations and setting financial performance targets. Brad also worked as a Regional Merchandise Manager, making adjacency and assortment decisions for men's and children's apparel.

Brad joined Target as a Lead Financial Analyst, providing decision support to buying and merchandise planning teams. Brad later took on the role of Group Manager - Merchandise Finance, leading a team that provided finance and decision support to Healthcare and Beauty Merchandising divisions. As the Senior Group Manager, they led the Investor Relations team, creating quarterly earnings releases, engaging with analysts, and managing vendor relationships.

In their current role at Donaldson, Brad has held various positions, including Director of Investor Relations, Finance Director - Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Vice President Finance - Global FP&A, EMEA Finance.

Brad Pogalz obtained their MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued their BA in Finance at the University of St. Thomas from 1998 to 2000.
