Mary Fair

Mary Fair, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Donegal School District since July 2024. Previously, Mary held various roles at TAIT from June 2021 to July 2024, including People Business Partner, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Team Advisory, and HR Team Advisor. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Murray from December 2015 to June 2021 and a Business Representative for Surgical Authorizations at Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster from August 2013 to November 2015. Earlier in Mary’s career, a position as a Receptionist at Ford Motor Company provided foundational administrative experience. Mary earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 2008 and 2012.
