Morten Nybye-Petersen has extensive experience in business development and corporate communication. Morten recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Donkey Republic starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Penneo A/S in various roles, including VP of Business Governance & Development, Director of Business Development & Corporate Communication, Director of Business Development, and Business Development Manager. Morten also worked as an External Consultant for Enterprise Architecture (EA) at Penneo A/S. Before that, they were a Business Development Manager and Business Development Coordinator at JUC. Morten began their career at IO Interactive as a Business Development Associate and Executive Assistant (EA).

Morten Nybye-Petersen's educational journey began in 2010 when they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School. From 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Following this, Morten continued their education at the same institution and completed a Cand.merc degree in International Market Studies from 2013 to 2015.

In 2019, Morten attended Implement Consulting Group and obtained the IPMA Project Management Certification. The same year, they achieved the Arbejdsmiljøuddannelsen or Occupational Safety & Health Education from Arbejdstilsynet.

Lastly, in 2021, Morten enrolled in Arbejdstilsynet once again to receive further education in the field of Arbejdsmiljøuddannelsen or Work Environment Certification.

Morten Nybye-Petersen has also attained additional certifications, including the Masterclass in Adfærdsdesign from Morten Münster in February 2022, the Arbejdsmiljøuddannelsen or Work Environment Certification from Arbejdstilsynet in January 2021, and the IPMA Project Management Certificate from Implement Consulting Group in August 2019.
