Ilese Flamm

Ilese Flamm is Donlen’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Ilese’s vast corporate legal expertise helps to shape Donlen’s strategic direction. Ilese also serves as Donlen’s Compliance Ambassador.

Ilese’s wealth of senior corporate legal and compliance experience includes almost 25 years with companies such as The Walt Disney Company, in which Ilese ultimately held the role of senior counsel, and Wyndham Worldwide, in which Ilese served as the EVP and General Counsel of RCI, and the EVP, Legal Affairs for Shell Vacations.

Ilese earned her Doctor of Law degree from the University of Chicago, and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. Ilese also earned her CPA in the State of Illinois.
