Mary Formosa is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Donlen. Prior to this, they were with Shell Vacations Hospitality as their EVP of Legal Affairs from May 2010 to December 2013. There, they were responsible for the legal department and participated in the development of corporate strategies and major business decisions. From January 2003 to December 2010, Mary Formosa was with Wyndham Worldwide as their Executive Vice President and General Counsel. As part of the Wyndham Exchange and Rentals division, they led a 10 person international legal team that grew to 38 associates in locations such as the US, UK, Denmark, Mexico, Argentina, and Singapore. Mary was responsible for overseeing the legal needs of 13 vacation brands with access to 65,000 properties in 100 countries. In this role, they closed 1,500 contracts per year and managed an $8.5M legal budget.

Mary Formosa attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in business/accounting. Mary then attended the University of Chicago, where they earned a Juris Doctor in law.

They work with Ilese Flamm - Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Jim Wohlever - Senior Vice President, Customer Experience, and Tim O'Hara - Chief Information Officer. Their manager is Shlomo Crandus, CEO.
