Hasan Dönmez, who was born in the Çal Bekilli district of Denizli in 1936, is the third child of a family of five children. Hasan Dönmez, who finished primary school in the district where he was born, started his business life at this young age. He started his business life by selling the molasses produced in a small molasses factory owned by his family to the surrounding provinces, and worked in many business groups such as bus management and transportation. Shortly after starting the bus business, his family moved to the center of Denizli and started to run intercity buses from Denizli to Izmir, Istanbul and Ankara. Hasan Dönmez, who has been in the bus business for a long time, realizes the need in the spare part sector and starts to look for ways to manufacture and market spare parts while maintaining his vehicles. It is difficult to manufacture spare parts, but they take the first step on this difficult path by selling spare parts they brought from Germany in the small shop they rented on İzmir Gazi Boulevard with his older brother Şükrü Dönmez. After 10 years, Hasan Dönmez is determined to produce the most defective products among these goods he sells. He established the first workshop in Kısık for this purpose.
