Jeff Gratzer Pe

Jeff Gratzer, PE, is a seasoned professional engineer with 30 years of extensive experience specializing in water and wastewater projects. Currently serving as Sr. Water / Wastewater Project Manager at Donohue & Associates, Inc. since May 2023, Jeff previously held the role of Senior Client / Project Manager at HDR from August 2014 to May 2023. Prior to that, Jeff managed engineering teams at Jacobs Engineering and worked as a Project Manager at O'Brien & Gere. Jeff began the academic journey at Syracuse University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1989. Throughout the career, Jeff has been involved in the execution of projects encompassing treatment, conveyance, distribution, pumping, and storage for both public and private sector clients.
