Jennifer S. has extensive experience in strategy management and enterprise architecture, currently working at The Standard since December 2020 and at Donor Recovery Services since September 2022. Jennifer also serves as the Legislative Lead for the 3rd Congressional District in Iowa with The Humane Society of the United States since January 2017. Prior roles include positions at Principal Financial Group from May 2007 to December 2020, encompassing business architecture and operations consulting. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Organizational Performance with a focus on Leadership and Human Resources from Drake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Health Studies from Iowa State University, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.

Assisting Organ Procurement Organizations and transplant hospitals across the county by providing staff to help fulfill call schedule demands with CPTC-Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinators, Family Services Coordinators, CTP/Preservation, and import organ coordinators for short and long term assignments.
