Jason Mauer

Jason Mauer has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jason started their career in 2000 as a Shift Supervisor at Rainforest Cafe and then joined Enterprise Holdings in 2006, where they worked as a Branch Manager for multiple branches. During their tenure at Enterprise Holdings, they achieved record-setting accomplishments and managed all aspects of the branches, including personnel management, customer service, sales, P&L, marketing, and quality control.

In 2015, Jason joined CARFAX as a Data Services Manager and was responsible for coordinating and fostering better working relations with other teams and data partners. Jason also managed outbound communication to internal customers and worked on improving project processes and productivity.

After CARFAX, Jason worked at Block Advisors from 2016 to 2018 as a Multi Unit Manager. Jason exceeded corporate objectives and goals by successfully leading three teams, increasing revenue by 11% year-over-year, and serving an additional 600 clients. Jason developed and implemented procedural/organizational guidelines for the offices to meet IRS standards and company guidelines.

Currently, Jason is serving as the Director of Sales Operations at DonorSearch since 2019.

Jason Mauer holds a Bachelor's degree in sports management from West Virginia University. Jason has also obtained additional certifications such as Dale Carnegie Training in March 2021, Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional from the management and strategy institute in October 2018, and Six Sigma Champion from the management and strategy institute in December 2015.
