Joanna Loops

Joanna Loops is an experienced Education Director at DonorSnap since August 2011, specializing in software training, instructional design, and technical support. Joanna’s responsibilities include creating user-friendly guides and conducting software webinars, utilizing ADDIE models for adult instruction. Prior experience includes serving as a Trainer & Developer at TechNiche, where Joanna taught community computer education and provided corporate training. As Membership & Development Coordinator for the Southern Oregon Historical Society, Joanna managed membership renewals and donor communication. Previous roles include Marketing Director at John L. Scott Real Estate and Office Administrator at RE/MAX Realty Group, among others. Joanna holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education & Training from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Western Carolina University.
