Emily Dawe

Emily Dawe has a diverse work experience in the magazine industry and freelance styling. Emily worked as a Content & Social Media Manager at Don't Buy Their Flowers starting from May 2023. Prior to that, they founded Oh Hello Maker in June 2021. From December 2016 to May 2023, they worked as an Independent Stylist for various magazines, including Woman & Home, Woman's Weekly, and Style at Home. Emily has a strong knowledge of the craft industry and a creative eye for producing desirable images and editorial content. Before their freelance work, they were a Home Editor at Time Inc. UK from January 2014 to November 2016, where they managed home and craft content for the magazine and online. Emily also gained experience as an Assistant Home Editor at Time Warner Inc. from September 2009 to January 2013 and as a Home Stylist at Woman & Home from June 2011 to July 2012.

Emily Dawe attended Trinity School in Esher, Surrey from 1993 to 1998. Emily then went on to Kingston University from 2000 to 2001, where they completed an Art Foundation program. Finally, from 2001 to 2004, they studied at the University of Brighton, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Illustration & Communication Arts.
