Malika Yadgarova has over 17 years of professional experience in various roles. In 2004, they began their professional career as a Personal Banker/Teller at Pinnacle Bank. In 2010, they joined the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as a Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication Recruiter and Teaching Assistant. Malika then moved into the role of Program Coordinator in 2014 and Senior Program Coordinator-William H. Thompson Scholars Learning Community in the same year.
