Ludovic Desvard

Ludovic Desvard currently serves as the Head of Motor Attributes at Donut Lab since May 2025. Prior to this, Desvard held several leadership positions at Elvie from March 2020 to May 2025, including Head of Research Engineering and Research and Engineering Director, where significant achievements included leading research for new product categories and overseeing a 50-person engineering team through various transformational changes. Desvard's career at Dyson spanned from November 2009 to January 2020, progressing from Senior Noise and Vibration Engineer to Engineering Manager – NVH, managing teams responsible for acoustic innovations in multiple product lines. Earlier experience includes work as an Acoustic Researcher at Renault and training at IRCAM. Desvard holds a PhD in Acoustics from INSA Lyon and multiple degrees in mechanical and industrial engineering.
