Brett Lee

Brett Lee has diverse experience in the field of design and web development. Brett'smost recent role is as the Lead Designer at Dooly, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Allocadia, where they served as a Senior Design Manager from June 2021 to January 2022, and as a UX Architect from January 2018 to June 2021.

Before joining Allocadia, Brett worked as a UX / Web Designer at The University of British Columbia from November 2011 to December 2017. Brett was responsible for designing user experiences and web interfaces during their time there.

Prior to their work at the university, Brett was a Web Specialist at the British Columbia Ambulance Service from February 2008 to November 2011. Brett provided technical and web-based support to the BCAS Corporate Communications Division, managing the design, development, testing, and maintenance of their web presence. Brett also provided design and technical support on various communications projects.

In 2007, Brett worked as a Web Developer at the University of Victoria on a contract basis. Brett independently provided web-based design, development, and maintenance support during that time. Brett created a Faculty Opportunities website and implemented a secure archival system for university Deans and Chairs.

Brett's career began in 2004 as a Web Developer at InLight Entertainment. Brett was hired as a Flash programmer and primarily focused on educational software titles for children. Brett designed and developed components, games, and activities for various software projects during their time with the company.

Brett Lee pursued their education at The University of British Columbia from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) degree. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Victoria from 2002 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.
