Paul Bergeron MD, MBA has a long and diverse work experience. Paul began their career in 2011 as the Regional Director of Medical Affairs-New Hampshire for Genesis, where they were responsible for 34 facilities in the State of New Hampshire. In 2012, they became the Chief Medical Officer for the Central Massachusetts Independent Physician Association, LLC, where they created Population Health programs that drove performance allowing for acquisition. In 2017, they joined Steward Health Care Network as the Regional Vice President Physician Network, Northeast Region and Executive Medical Director. In 2019, they became the Chief Medical Officer for Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. In 2021, they returned to Steward Health Care Network as the Regional Executive Medical Director (On Furlough). In 2022, they joined DoorSpace Inc. as the Chief Physician Executive, HumLife360 Inc. as an Advisor, CareGem as the Chief Executive Officer, and The Startup MD as the Founder/Chief Executive Officer. Paul is currently a Strategic Advisor for a Stealth Mode Startup Company.

Paul Bergeron MD, MBA has an extensive education history. Paul obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from College of the Holy Cross between 1984 and 1987. Paul then went on to The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont, graduating with an MD in 1994. Following this, they completed their Internship/Residency in Internal Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine between 1994 and 1997. In 2015, they were awarded a Fellow from the American College of Physicians. Paul then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst between 2016 and 2019, with a focus in Business Administration, Management and Operations with Medical Management. Paul is also a Certified Medical Director from AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine, and a Certified Physician Executive from the American Association for Physician Leadership.
