Kyle Weaver is a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations management and team leadership. Currently serving as General Manager at Door Systems since April 2020, Kyle oversees a team of eight direct reports and more than thirty indirect reports across the Greenville, SC and Asheville, NC areas, focusing on daily field operations and efficiency. Previously, as Commercial Operations Manager at DH Pace Company, Inc., from October 2016 to April 2020, Kyle improved operational and sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction in the Colorado Springs and Pueblo locations. Kyle's earlier experience includes roles as a Member Solutions Specialist at USAA and as a Cavalry Scout Section Leader in the US Army, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Colorado Technical University, earned between October 2016 and November 2020.
