Joe Ryan is an experienced talent operations leader with a strong background in establishing and managing global talent operations for high-growth SaaS companies. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Solutions at DoorDash since February 2025, Joe previously held the role of Talent Operations Manager at Bitly, where strategic initiatives led to a significant expansion of the workforce and the implementation of inclusive hiring practices. Prior experience includes leadership positions at League, Audible, Gartner, The Trade Desk, PepsiCo, and Sirius XM Radio, focusing on talent acquisition optimization, team management, and process improvement. Joe holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in History from SUNY Oneonta and is currently pursuing an M.P.S. in Human Resources & Employment Relations at Penn State University.
