MacKenzie Viau

Mackenzie Viau currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Operations at DoorDash since 2025. Previously, Mackenzie held the position of Head of Central Operations at Returnmates from 2023 to 2024 and was the General Manager of Operations for Strategic & Behavioral Health Accounts at Wheel between 2022 and 2023. At Lime from 2019 to 2022, Mackenzie advanced from Senior Operations Manager for California, Utah, and Idaho to Head of Marketplace Operations for the Americas and APAC. Earlier experience includes being the Regional Operations Manager at Backroads from 2014 to 2019, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring the quality and safety of equipment for various tours and managing team performance. Mackenzie also worked as an Operations Coordinator at Motivate International Inc. in 2012-2013, where notable achievements included scaling operations and utilizing data for optimizing fleet performance. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College.
