Dave Mohla is the Head of Product at Doorstead. Dave was previously a Product Management Leader at Google, where they built the professional services business on Local Service Ads from scratch, grew it to surpassing $120M in revenue in a record 6 months, and launched 20+ product improvements and 5 A/B tests resulting in an unprecedented 40%+ combined lift in conversion. Dave also created a strategy to expand Local Service Ads to over 400 verticals delivering over $1B+ in revenue per year. Dave has also been a Featured Speaker at Product School, where they presented a webinar on "Creating Irresistible Products in 4 Steps by Google Product Leader" to 8.3k viewers and inspired the next generation of Product Managers to create innovative products and apply best practices in their work.
