Ali McCarty

Ali (Nichols) McCarty currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Doorvest since August 2024. Previously, Ali was the CEO and Co-Founder of Getaway from June 2022 to August 2024, where efforts focused on transforming real estate financing for entrepreneurs. Between February 2018 and May 2022, Ali held various leadership roles at Bungalow, including VP of Growth & Real Estate Strategy and Director of Growth & New Business Strategy. Ali's experience also includes significant positions at Uber as a Senior Global Program Manager and at IBM as a Global Business Services Consultant. Ali began a career in engineering and analytics with internships at Boeing, Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business, and Intel Corporation, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems & Business from Carnegie Mellon University.
