Yong Soo Kim (Sonny)

Yong Soo (Sonny) Kim has extensive work experience in the HR sector, primarily within the Doosan group of companies. Yong Soo (Sonny) began their career at Doosan Infracore in 1996 as a Mechanical Design Engineer and later went on to become a Regional Sales Manager for the Asia/Pacific region. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Manager of Strategic Planning before joining Doosan in 2007 as the Senior Manager of the Global HR Team. In 2015, Kim assumed the position of Global Human Resources Director at Doosan Bobcat and continued to excel in their HR career. Since 2017, they have been HR Director - ESG and HR Business Partner at Doosan Bobcat EMEA.

Yong Soo (Sonny) Kim pursued their education from 1991 to 1996 at Seoul National University. During this period, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural machinery engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in July 2021.
