Suraj Chaudhry

Suraj Chaudhry has extensive work experience in the field of sales and engineering. Suraj is currently the Head of Sales Engineering at Doosan GridTech since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Engineering Manager (APAC) at Fluence from September 2018 to June 2022. Before that, Suraj held the position of AGM - Sales Head at Energy Systems Division at Panasonic from December 2016 to February 2018. Suraj also served as a Senior Manager - Sales & Proposals at Power Services in Doosan Power Systems from September 2010 to December 2016. Suraj's career also includes a role as a Manager - Project Management, Sales & Proposals at Siemens from January 2006 to August 2010. Suraj started their career at GMR Energy as an Executive in Operations & Maintenance from June 2002 to December 2005. Prior to that, they worked in a similar role at PSEG from June 2001 to May 2002.

Suraj Chaudhry attended St. James' School in Kolkata from 1983 to 1997, where they completed their ISC degree in Science and Economics. Suraj then enrolled at Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani from 1997 to 2001, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) with honors in Electronics & Instrumentation. In 2001, Suraj also completed an executive course for engineers at the Power Management Institute (NTPC) focused on O & M of Combined Cycle Power Plants. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Management through Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
