Jason Forman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jason started their career in the US Navy as an Electrician, where they gained knowledge in physics, calculus, and nuclear power plant operations. After serving in the Navy for 10 years, they joined Ingersoll Rand as a Customer Support Representative and later worked as a Customer Support Supervisor, responsible for managing regional parts distribution centers and dealer support. Jason then moved to Doosan, where they held various roles including Business Systems Analyst II, Customer Support Supervisor, and Customer Business Process Team Leader, responsible for business process analysis, design, and execution. Currently, they are working at Bobcat Company as a Solutions Architect and Business Relationship Manager. Throughout their career, Jason has developed expertise in business requirements gathering, process design, system analysis, project management, and team development, with a focus on SAP and Oracle systems.

Jason Forman has a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology/Technician from Thomas Edison State University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011. Jason also has a Naval Reactors operator certification in Nuclear Engineering/Operations from Naval Nuclear Power School, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994. In addition, Jason has attained several certifications including the Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, the Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner Product Manager and Certified SAFe 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019, and the Business Relationship Management Professional certification from the Business Relationship Management Institute (BRM Institute) in 2015.
