Cara Pepper Day

Cara Pepper Day has extensive experience in the craft beverage industry. Cara began their career in 2002 as the General Manager of Dundee Springs Winery, a 3,000 case production winery. In 2003, they moved to Willamette Valley Vineyards as National Sales Rep/Wine Club/Events, and then National Sales Director, overseeing national and international sales with a team of six and being a member of the leadership team. In 2009, they founded Cara Pepper Day Consulting, LLC, providing sales, distribution, profit & loss review and marketing services. In 2011, they joined GreatVines Beverage Sales Execution Platform as Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Director of Customer Success and VP of Customer Success. In 2021, they began working at Doozy Solutions, LLC as an Enterprise Account Executive. Finally, in 2022, they joined the Board of Directors at Willamette Valley Vineyards.

Cara Pepper Day attended Linfield University from 1996 to 2000, earning their Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. During their time at Linfield University, they also spent a semester abroad at Nottingham Trent University in 1999.
