Jessica Ferguson, CAPM

Jessica Ferguson, CAPM, has over 8 years of professional experience in the project management field. Jessica began their career in 2012 as a Server at Cracker Barrel. In 2013, they became a Gymnastics Instructor at Sonshine Academy, where they coached girls and preschool gymnastics, and taught and inspired youth while managing a classroom setting. In 2015, they joined Bear State Bank as a Quality Control Specialist, where they reviewed loan and deposit files to ensure they met compliance standards, managed and mitigated company risk, and created weekly reports that improved internal audit tracking process. In 2016, they became a Project Manager at Hines Family Medicine, where they successfully managed high-impact government projects such as MIPS/MACRA and PQRS, maintained and improved office IT, and ran reports through mySQL to track and properly meet patient needs. In 2019, they joined LINX LLLP as a Project Coordinator. In 2020, they joined both Doozy Solutions, LLC and Crafted ERP as a Project Manager.

Jessica Ferguson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management of Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas between 2012 and 2015. In April 2016, they earned the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute.
