Norhan Osama has worked in the sales and customer service industries since 2013. In 2013, they began working at The e-Learning Company as a Telesales Agent. In 2014, they moved to Vodafone where they worked as a Direct Sales, store. In 2015, they joined Raya Contact Center as a cutomer servie. In 2017, they began working at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Front Desk. Since 2019, they have been employed by dopay, where they have held the roles of Sales Manager, sales team leader, and Senior Sales.
