Reem Badawi

Head of Customer Success at dopay

Reem Badawi has over a decade of work experience. In 2007, they started as a Tour Operator at Profile Egypt. In 2008, they moved on to BAT as a Brand Management Specialist. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Vodafone as a Customer Service Operations Manager UK. Reem then moved to SiriusXM Canada as a Customer Relations teams Manager from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at dopay, where they lead and scales a team of Customer Success Managers and Advisors, manages and continuously optimizes Customer Success activities, defines and optimizes the Customer Lifecycle, monitors customer health, and acts as the customer's voice within the company.

Reem Badawi is currently studying for a Master's degree in Digital Marketing at The American University in Cairo. Prior to this, they obtained their High School Diploma from ST Joseph American School.
