Emilie Sperling (She/Her)

Emilie Sperling's work experience begins in 2010 as a Casting Intern/Assistant at Heidi Levitt Casting. Emilie then worked as a Casting Associate at Sanford Casting from December 2013 to September 2015. Following that, they had a brief role as a Casting Director at The Skinny in August and September 2015. Emilie then transitioned to being an Adult Commercial & Print Agent at Clear Talent Group, LA from September 2015 to November 2016. After that, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Technology from November 2016 to July 2017. Emilie took on the role of Company Culture, HR & Talent Acquisitions Manager at Toolots from July 2017 to April 2018. Emilie then became a Senior Recruiter at AutoGravity from April 2018 to March 2019. Emilie's next position was at Zillow, where they started as a Technical Recruiter from March 2019 to July 2021, and then as a Senior Technical Recruiter from July 2021 to December 2021. Currently, they are working as a Technical Talent Finder at Chronosphere since December 2021. Their most recent position is as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Doppler, starting from February 2023.

Emilie Sperling (She/Her) attended California State University, Fullerton from 2009 to 2012. During their time there, they pursued a double major in Radio, Television, & Film and Women Studies. Emilie did not obtain a specific degree upon completion of their studies at the university. Additionally, in May 2016, Emilie obtained a certification in Introduction to Marketing from Coursera Course Certificates.
