Guy Ben-Haim

Guy Ben-Haim has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Guy is currently serving as the CTO of Dor Motors at the Dor Group since 2023. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2023, they worked at Elbit Systems Ltd in multiple roles. Guy was the Novel Technologies and Rotary Development Team Manager from May 2020 to September 2023 and a Propulsion Engineer from November 2017 to May 2020. Before that, from 2014 to 2017, Guy worked at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology as a Graduate Student and later as a Teaching Assistant. Guy'searliest known work experience was at Formula Technion from 2013 to 2015. There, they served as the Head of Engine Team and was involved in the design and testing of a dry sump oil system for a Suzuki GSXR-600 engine used in the Technion Formula SAE racecar.

Guy Ben-Haim received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2014. Guy then furthered their education at the same institute, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering from 2014 to 2017.
